Snow finally came. I have mix emotions about it. Happy, because it’s winter wonderland and feels like a late Christmas to us… :-D…and sometimes, not-so jolly, especially when it drizzles and the snow becomes slush puppies! It’s a nightmare at this point. Nonetheless, my little bean and I welcome the snow with a warm embrace
So what have you been up to in January? Any preparations for your blog this Valentine’s Day? I’m seeing lots of red and hearts everywhere these days. No surprise there!
I’ve been busy trying to make this site look ‘normal’ once again after it made the switch and was finally moved to .org – thanks to WordPress experts who made it possible, without me having that hair-ripping moment. Phewww…
Now the question is, where to begin on fully customizing this blog to give you that best experience while hovering, clicking through pages, and reading my posts? And if you have any suggestions, please feel free to let me know! For now, you can start using the ‘Back to Top’ feature if it gets tedious scrolling back up. It’s there, when you need it.
But one of the features I love is CommentLuv – tadah! Check it out below! ↓↓ You can now share your latest post whenever you leave me a comment – how awesome! So, go on, share your thoughts! 🙂
You Might Also Like… this Related Posts plugin does it all! I love how it collects and showcase any related posts my wonderful readers might browse, without you having to rummage the archive. It’s done and dusted for you already!
And lastly, perhaps one of the best leaving do .com gifts (.com to .org) is being featured on WordPress.com/tag/beauty! Exciting. My latest post on ‘What I want In My Bag’ was picked last week! Thanks to Liss from Latino Look for prompting me, otherwise, I wouldn’t have known about it! (It was on for about a week)
There you have it for our Tuesday mix/catch up. Make sure to keep an eye out for my next post on making the most out of your WordPress.com blog features!
How do you feel about switching? Are there any features you’ve been wanting to have on your blog?
