Red. A beautiful shade. The colour that will easily stand out. As much as this colour is captivating, it’s one those shades that is very difficult to execute and not everyone can pull off – including myself. The only time that I’d probably adorn red on my nails, wear a red top, or a red dress, is during those special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
While pondering on the perfect colour to sport on V-day, I was in luck to come across a little shop while in the next town, who sells all Mavala’s range! And whaddya know? There I found what I can only call, my perfect red Valentines nail polish!
And if you’re wondering why I heart Malava this much— it’s because of how consistent they’ve been (50 years!) with their nail formula and the drive to produce more nail care that will bring us beautiful nails, not just beautiful colors. As for the Valentine’s Shades of Red as I call them, I get to meet all of them, thanks to Sandra at Perfumery Gifts who cheerfully put them altogether for me to be able to take pictures up close!
Hunt for Valentines Nail Polish
There were other ‘red’ nail polishes from the same brand, but I chose these particular reds because they really stood out for me. Some of you might be acquainted with these polishes already. I love the fact that Mavala’s nail polishes come in cute little bottles – 5ml. They’ve very easy to apply too and you’re more likely to finish them than throw a full size one out just cause you’ve gone bored with it. Agree?

Omg heaven! I so want to try this mavala polishes now hun! You keep on tenting me! Hahaha my favourites are Tobago and Roma, London looks pretty cool too! I love red and dark tones polishes, they give a nice edge to the nails ^_^ can’t wait to see your review and you favourite one!!!

Those shades are gorgeous!!!!!! I wish we had that brand here in the Philippines too. We don’t get as many shades of red under one brand here. I like Moscow and Bordeaux best! Can’t wait to read your next post
