StyleCraze Eye Makeup Tutorial With Detailed Steps – Green & Purple

Traditionally green and purple have been the most popular colors among Indians. We love using both of them on any occasion and this eye makeup is a great way to sport both these colors. Also this eye makeup is super easy to do and takes less than 15 minutes to complete and uses minimum usage of brushes.

What you will need:

1. Purple eye shadow
2. Green eye shadow
3. Highlighter shade
4. Blending brush and flat brush
5. Eye liner(gel. liquid)
6. Mascara

Step 1:

Prepare your eyes for the makeup. Prime eyelids and conceal dark spots if there are any. This will help keep the eye makeup stay for a long time.

Step 2:

Take the green eye shadow and apply it all over the eye lid. Use a flat brush to apply or just use those sponge applicators. Apply from the inner corner to the outer corner and also blend into the crease. Extend it a bit upwards near the outer corner. Use more amounts for intensity. I used a green pencil to make the base and then applied the eye shadow. You can use this trick too; this way it will stay for a very long time.

Step 3:

 

Apply the purple shade from the inner corner and spread it till the middle of the lid. Then apply more layers for the desired intensity.

Apply the highlighter shade below the brow bone and near the tear duct. Also you can apply the highlighter shade at the brow bone and use a white pencil to highlight the inner corner.

Step 6:

Use black liner to line the eyes and draw a small flick outwards. Line from inwards to outwards and do not extend the flick too much. Also keep in mind to fill in all remaining parts.

Step 7:

Line the lower lash line with kohl or gel liner. Line from the inner corner till outwards, the thickness is up to you; You can keep it thin or go for a bold thick line.

Step 8:

Apply generous coats of mascara and you are done. Also do take time to clean away the fallouts, if any. After completing the eye makeup carry on with the rest of the look.
