I’ll let you in a little secret. When it comes to loose or powder pressed foundation, I’m hopeless. Like getting it all over the place and just making a big mess. It’s been like that for years which is probably why I’m not such a hoarder of it unlike my obsession towards BB or CC creams. Well, this is about to change since I might have actually found myself a multi-tasker in Beauteque Mineral Compact Powder in Golden Goddess.
Your paraben, allergen and gluten-free, made in the USA compact powder that will give you the right amount of glow to stay in the beauty game for Fall. (Spoiler alert for the multi-tasker statement.)

Choosing the shade for my skin tone (light – medium with yellow undertones) would normally be a back and forth, scroll up and down all over the net kind of business, which is a pain in the bum, but thankfully Beauteque has put together their own BB cream color chart that should give you an idea of your mineral powder shade depending on what BB creams you’ve been using. Still I had my concern since you’ll never really know if the shade is the right one for you unless you start blending it on your face. We shall soon find out (believe me, this post is definitely going somewhere).
I use Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream in Honey Beige (no. 27) (in the summer !) and to their chart, Golden Goddess is my match.
Golden Goddess Mineral Compact Powder finally arrived and is packaged in this round compact (plastic case) with transparent cover, so you see just how beautiful all the earthy tone swirls right away. It even came with a Kabuki Brush! Surprise, surprise.
This Kabuki brush is currently part of their ongoing promotion until the end of this year, otherwise it will cost $9.95 on its own, which is definitely not a bad price especially since this feels like a good quality (for the price) and super soft and fluffy on my skin.
Just look at that earthy tone dome-shaped powder. Pretty, isn’t it? What’s even awesome-r is that it doesn’t have that grandma smell or any off putting smell for that matter. Plus Beauteque’s own Kabuki Brush is like its soulmate. They simply complete each other! It picks up the right amount of product with one swipe and no shedding so far. And I’ve been working this baby round the clock these past week or so because I needed my healthy glow.
(Note: Wearing Sua Young Mineral Foundation (reviewed HERE) and Golden Goddess as bronzer/contour product)
The fine texture and how it doesn’t just sit on my face but actually blends well, is just one of the reasons why this is my go-to powder. Furthermore, I haven’t ended up with an oily face or have felt any irritation throughout the day. Double hurray! And although you might say that the shade is a tad darker than my skin tone – and you’re absolutely right girly – this product still is very useful for this beauty bean since I also use this as a bronzer or for contouring. This contains subtle shimmers (only visible under bright light) and offers a semi-matte-ish finish. Win – win so far, right?
Soooo, isn’t this mineral compact powder a keeper or what?
You can buy Beauteque Golden Goddess Mineral Compact Powder HERE (and this will come with a Kabuki Brush if order is placed before the end of the year ) for $30 plus shipping.
