A new Mani Monday inspiration to kickstart your week with Etude House Belle Nail Kit from their Princess Happy Ending collection last year. Yep, I’m a little bit late to the party.
There were 4 different princesses featured in this collection namely Snow White, Cinderella, Belle and Jasmine and if there’s a brand that could nail the princess vibe, that would be Etude House. From the promo posters down to the packaging and color choices, this indeed was like a Princess Happy Ending for us makeup junkies.

I had my heart captured the moment I saw Belle’s collection. With its purple-inspired shades for lipsticks and nail polishes plus gorgeous ‘Rose’ blushes, I had to give in.
Etude House Belle Nail Kit contains two nail polishes in Purple Rose (more like your light burgundy, to be honest) and Pink Rose ( which is a peach, gold shimmer that’s great on its own or as a topper) plus a color-changing nail stickers (the color supposed to change for the Rose stickers when it’s above 25 C) . I actually wasn’t sure what nail art to go for at first then decided to try the ombré effect and crossing my fingers it would turn out great!
Check it out!
Purple Rose reaches opacity after two coats and both nail polishes were very easy to apply. I’m also surprised that my nail art is still in good condition and no chipping yet after 3 days. The only thing I wasn’t keen on at first was the nail stickers* since I tend to not use them in my nail art if I can help it. But with this ombre nail art, they seemed to go very well and just add a touch of sweetness.
This ombre nail art will totally pass as a Valentine’s Day look, if you’re stuck as to what to do with your nails.
* I simply can’t comment on the color-changing stickers because I haven’t really noticed any changes. Nevertheless, this wasn’t such a bad nail kit, and if you’re a fan of Etude House and love fairy tales, then owning this kit is worth it.
A friend of mine bought this kit for me for $5.90 in Korea and was shocked to see how much they charged you for this online! If you’re interested, I definitely would shop around first and compare prices!
