When it comes to weight loss, sometimes diet and exercise just aren’t enough. Some of us may feel the need to look into cosmetic procedures for that extra help to meet our goals.
CoolSculpting has been on my radar for a while. In fact, every time I turn on the radio and television, I always hear about its benefits and how it is an FDA-cleared, safe, effective, and non-surgical procedure.
But what exactly is CoolSculpting? It’s a procedure that involves the use of Cryolipolysis, a medical treatment, which destroys fat cells by freezing them. Once these stubborn/unwanted fats are destroyed, they naturally get flushed out of your body!Depending on the amount of fat, it may take more than one session, and the results can take a few weeks to a few months. But based on the results I’ve seen so far, it’s well worth the wait!
This simple procedure can be done on many different parts of your body; stomach, arms, love handles, and thighs. Even side boobs and that dreaded double chin can be treated!
Just like there are different weight loss methods available, you’ll also find various types of CoolSculpting treatments. It also comes down to what you want to be enhanced. See below.
The CoolSculpting Advantage Applicator offers a faster solution to patients with pinchable fat commonly found on the inner thighs, flanks, and abdomen, cutting treatment time in half compared to standard CoolSculpting treatments.
The CoolSmooth Applicator works specifically on the non-pinchable fat found around the outer thigh areas, reducing unwanted bulges.
Similarly, the ability to treat love handles is made even easier with DualSculpting – a CoolSculpting treatment using two machines simultaneously applied to two areas, effectively halving treatment time and doubling the area treated.
Patients looking for a no surgery solution to their double chin can also utilize the technology of CoolSculpting through the CoolMini applicator, designed specifically for problem areas around the chin.” – source: Esteem Medical Spa
The main reason that CoolSculpting caught my attention is that there is no downtime! As a mother of three, I just can’t afford to take any time off work, hence I feel that CoolSculpting ticks the right boxes for me.
A typical session can take about 35-60 minutes, and the majority of people can resume their day to day activities right away. While you may need more than one treatment, it’s definitely safer than having to go under the knife. Not to mention that it is more affordable!
I must emphasize that if you’re looking into getting CoolSculpting or any type of cosmetic procedure, it’s vital that you do your homework. Research the doctor, the facility, and reviews online because this is not something that you want to cut corners on. Talk to the experts and ask tons of questions!
