Don’t we all look forward to the array of new makeup collection once the season changes? I do! And spring collection has got to be one of my favourites! With it’s cute and pastel-filled inspired colours and design, you’d be crazy not to fall for it! My inbox is flooded with emails containing new this or new that. It simply is amazing, and darn right so tempting! And what fun way to finally embrace this wonderful season but with some adorable bubblegum pink on your lips? Say hello to Debalicious Lipstick.
Simple yet nice looking packaging, with neatly embossed YB initials
Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics is in full bloom with their Spring Bouquet Collection. I’m super excited to meet Debalicious, the all-about-spring new lipstick addition to their range. This hue is inspired by their Global Sales Manager called Debbie! (How sweet!)
Formulated with Sunflower Oil and Candelilla Wax to keep your lips not only beautiful, but hydrated too! For those of you who are unfamiliar with the brand, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics products are paraben-free, mineral oil free, talc free and cruelty-free. Their products are mineral-based and some are vegan-friendly.

Corrrine from SkinRejuve Direct gave me the opportunity to try this lipstick — where you can buy this along with their vast range of products too (see my Basics Starter Kit review here). We all know that I’m not a lipstick person and the first time I had it on, it was such a mess! I don’t think I was putting it right — as silly as that might sound. I was about to resort to using a lip brush!
But the more I use Debalicious Lipstick, the more I’m loving this product. It’s lightweight (doesn’t feel heavy or tacky on the lips), non-drying, lasted me all day (for the most part, if I skip messy food and constant wiping), plus no strong scent! (I have a highly sensitive nose! LOL)
Debalicious is not your in-your-face type of lipstick despite the bubblegum pink description it comes with. But it definitely is a fun, very fresh color to rock this Spring. The peachy undertones somewhat compliment well with my skin tone.
Look, I even tried that popular ‘gradation effect’ and this breathed life into my normally dull-looking lips.
Overall, this lipstick definitely has spring/summer written all over it and with it’s creamy finish and safe formula, it won’t only give you gorgeous lips but also take care of it! For a plumper look, I tried this with Mighty Shine Lip Gel in Revealed and this was its perfect combo!
