If only I could fly there and have my hair styled and colored, I would. But of course, it’s not going to happen unless a genie grants my wish and teleport me there. 😆
Lucky for you and I, we don’t have to travel that far to try out their latest product line for us to experience the A-list type treatment and smelling red-carpet ready.
The Chroma Studio recently launched seven hair products (today I will talk about their Aqua Shampoo and Conditioner) that address the needs of professional stylists and consumers alike and are perfect for dehydrated, brittle hair. Yes, please. My hair is really taking a beating from the summer sun these days.
Maintaining your gorgeous locks this summer has never been emphasized enough by pretty much everyone – media, stylists, bloggers — hence this is probably the third time I posted about hair stuff. Now, now, I’m sure that you all know that I don’t just review all the products I get invited to try out but when I saw color safe, paraben-free and UV protection from the sun’s harmful rays as some of the features of their shampoo and conditioner, I was sold.
I can’t count how many times I’ve colored my hair over the years and if there’s hope in restoring my mane, it would be Chroma Studio’s Aqua Shampoo since it’s formulated for hair weakened by chemical processes by bringing back the moisture and strengthening it. The botanical extracts and natural oils in its formula will also help restore shine and hair manageability. This shampoo has this ‘warm’ type fragrance, like coconut and vanilla infused together. It’s really hard to describe. Nonetheless, it smells pretty awesome!
First thing I’ve noticed when I used this product is the lather (contains SLS) power and how it doesn’t suck out all the moisture from your hair. So although it cleanses pretty well, your hair is not left dried out, but still silky to touch.
Their Aqua Conditioner (250ml $26) on the other hand is sulfate free and also contains no paraben. This salon-quality conditioner will give your hair the vava-volume it needs while controlling frizz, without weighing it down. I spy sunflower seed oil, olive oil, kiwi fruit extract in the mix. The smell is quite similar to their Aqua Shampoo, (250ml $25) just a little bit more subtle.
And do you know what my experience with Chroma Studio products reminds me of so much? Being at my favorite salon, the only time where I get my hair properly washed (plus you know with all the head massaging they throw in) that I go into the ultimate relaxation, ahh-mazing mode. That’s exactly how I feel every time I use these products. No kidding.
